This week we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming two work experience students to Lakin Rose – Natalie’s son and Andrew’s nephew!
Work experience provides a valuable opportunity for young people to gain an insight into the world of work, develop new skills, and see first-hand what a professional services environment looks like.
Over the week they spent time shadowing many of our apprentices and qualified staff learning about the wide range of services we provide and the importance of supporting owner-managed businesses. It’s also been a great reminder for us of the value of sharing knowledge, encouraging curiosity, and helping young people explore potential career paths.
We hope they enjoyed the experience as much as we enjoyed having them with us, and we wish them every success with their future studies and careers.
