Role Overview:
We are seeking a part-pime admin assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our existing admin team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The position offers opportunities for career progression within the administrative team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as database management, and record-keeping.
- Managing phone enquiries and emails from existing and potential clients.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Processing supplier billing.
- Producing client invoices along with credit control and month end reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Knowledge of accounting or financial terminology (beneficial but not essential).
