Josh Dexter
Josh is the Assistant Manager of the Service Charge Accounts Department at Lakin Rose.
Josh joined Lakin Rose in August 2012 straight after completing his A-Levels at secondary school. He primarily looks after our large portfolio of property management clients, specialising in the residential service charge accounting sector. Some of the services Josh provides include the preparation and review of service charge accounts, the preparation of statutory accounts for management and freehold limited companies, as well as the preparation of Trust and Estate tax returns for property management companies.
Qualifications: Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). Currently studying the ACCA Professional Level papers towards gaining his full ACCA qualification.
If I wasn’t here I would be? Playing some form of sport, whether it be out on the golf course or on the courts.
