Carol Metherell – Practice Manager
Carol started her working life in the stockbroking world working for a Japanese stockbroker before joining Barclays Capital where she worked for over 12years. Following a career break she returned to working within smaller companies predominately as an Office Manager with a passion for HR and the wellbeing of staff. Carol joined the Lakin Rose team in 2022.
Qualifications: Would like to become CIPD HR qualified
If I wasn’t here I would be setting up my own workshop for upcycling furniture along with some travel to far off places and training to run a marathon ideally London.
